I start off the vacation planning process by receiving a request from you. Once I receive that request from you I will contact you within 24 hours via your preferred method of contact to discuses next steps in the vacation planning process. I also will collect more information from you about you and your families wants and needs during your vacation so I can provide the most appropriate quotes as well as make recommendations. I also complete check ins with you throughout the planning process as well as keep you up to date on important deadlines. Of course I am always just a phone call away at anytime during the planning process if you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming trip. I pride myself in making sure I fully communicate with you in all aspects of your vacation planning process. I am also your main point of contact throughout your planning process which makes it easy to get any questions you might have answered quickly. I often take no more than an hour to respond to your text message, phone call, or email. 

This is your vacation and I am here to assist you with the planning. I can do as much or as little as you would like me to do with the vacation planning process. If there is an aspect of the vacation planning process you would prefer to do just let me know. This is your vacation and you have the finial say in all decisions of the planning process. I do not move forward with any decisions about your vacation without getting your ok first. Below are just some of the many task I assist with:

• Assisting you in setting up your Disney or Universal accounts and linking your reservations.
• Making park reservations for Disney World and Disneyland if needed. 
• Providing you with all the information you will need about dinning options and activities as well as book those for you. 
• Providing you with information on Lighting Lane Multi Pass and Single pass and help you purchase and select those. 
• Assist with virtual queues. 
• Assist in coordinating transfers to and from the airport as well as pre-trip stays. 
• And so much more!

About 1 month prior to your travel date you will receive a bright pink package in the mail from me with basic information about your upcoming vacation as well as a few "goodies." About 2 weeks prior to your travel date you will receive a full digital itinerary you can access either via your computer or an APP. The itinerary will have tips, tricks and information to help you navigate your vacation. About 1 week prior to your travel date I will complete a pre-trip meeting with you via telephone to go over any questions you may have about your upcoming tip or any questions that might arise after you have reviewed your itinerary. I am also available to you during your time of travel if there are any bumps in the road you needs assistance with or if you have any questions during your vacation. 

I do not book flights unless part of an all-inclusive package. I however can point you into the right direction and advise you of the closest airport to your vacation destination. I can also coordinate transfers to and from the airport.

I do not book single day tickets for theme parks such as Disney World and Universal Studios, unless it is part of another booked vacation package. I do however book multiple day tickets or special event tickets. Just some examples of the special ticketed events are Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween, Halloween Horror Nights, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas, and much more.
